Annual Membership

The success of the FWVGA's mission depends on our members. They are the backbone of this all volunteer association. There are two ways you can become a member:

  • Be a working volunteer with a minimum of 15 hours per year. Click to sign up as a volunteer worker
  • Contribute an annual membership donation as a paid member. The term of annual membership is April 1 through March 31.

Members of the F. W. Vanderbilt Garden Association receive regular newsletters containing information on the garden and association activities. They receive invitations to special "members only" events as well as a discount for fundraising events and are able to vote on major projects as well as serve on committees and the Board of Directors. Most importantly, the membership donation will go directly to support the maintenance and rehabilitation work in the garden. There are several levels available for paid membership, affordable for everyone:

  • $25 Student (18+)/ Senior (65+)
  • $35 Individual
  • $60 Family (2 from same household)
  • $100 Sponsor
  • $250 Patron
  • $500 Benefactor

The term of annual membership is April 1 through March 31, yearly. All membership donations are tax deductible. They can be made either by check or online via PayPal. (You do not need to have a PayPal account to donate.)
